Master of Foresight

A mysterious seer at the Tower of Golden Ancestry. Their room is particularly hard to find unless it finds you first. They're either a doppelganger or a celestial, or something you've never heard of... but whatever they are, it's unsettling. Their prophecies have seemed only to come true, in one way or another. Perhaps they are just vague and good at reading you, or perhaps they really can tell what path you're destined to go down. You don't find them, they find you. Their room will never appear unless you're meant to see it...
